About Edith
I’m a 500hr Vinyasa Yoga teacher with several years of experience as a Fitness coach and Yoga teacher.
I support clients in their wellness journeys from Yoga to Cardio and Strength training.
My other fitness specialties are Zumba dance and Pilates.
Restorative, Nidra, Yin yoga, Tai-Chi, and meditation are part of my training.
I teach online and in person.
My country of origin is Peru, so my sessions can be in Spanish. Also, in French as per my passion for languages and cultures.
It brings me joy to share fun and wellness.

Lessons are beginner friendly. If you have some experience we can focus on your goals.
Flows can be very dynamic and mix with Pilates or light weight training, as well as gentle flows. My clients love the recovery/meditation segment at the end.
Lessons can be geared to recovery, stretches, and relaxation entirely. Great for calming the nervous system and restoring the muscles. Yoga blocks, towels, mat and pillow are recommended.
You can choose to have class in Spanish or French as well.
Online or in person (outdoor if good weather).
