About Ritvij
I am a certified yoga practitioner with ongoing B.Sc. Degree in Yoga Therapy and 3–4 years of practice experience. I provide step-by-step guidance with a clear focus on physical alignment, breath control, and mental calm. My classes are gentle and adaptable—designed for beginners, children, adults, and people with health concerns—helping students build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, and restore overall well-being.

In my yoga classes, I focus on developing physical strength, flexibility, balance, and breath awareness. My method combines traditional yoga with modern understanding of the body, making it suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Classes are designed for students of all age groups to improve fitness, reduce stress, and build confidence.
