Teachings combines a fusion of styles and a curiosity about how Eastern and Western forms of movement and bodywork can complement each other.
Leila is passionate about equipping people with practical tools to incorporate into their daily lives. Combining movement, breathwork, mindful awareness and self-compassion Leila supports people to understand the interplay between their physical, mental and emotional well-being and offers practices to find balance amidst the busyness of everyday life.
Leila invites others to enter a warm and caring space where they can develop their own practice, at their own pace, whatever their level of experience.
