About Agapesophia
Hi I'm sophie, I have been teaching yoga for the last 9 years. I have been a dancer and gymnast since I was 3. And practicing yoga since 2009. I completed my Yoga teacher training in 2017 in Nepal. Having lived in Thailand and Nepal I have had lots of experience with yoga teachers and different methods of teaching. I also do breathwork and Reiki. I'm passionate about humanity, helping people, mother nature ,travelling and all things energy !
I love being in nature ,travelling and learning the ways of different cultures. And I love exploring humans inner worlds just as much as exploring the world xxx

In my classes I am all about getting people into their parasymthetic nervous systems. The rest and restore state. In a world that is fast paced ,learning to slow down,listen to your body,quieten your mind and come back into our natural rhythm is necessary to have a balanced life and thrive not just survive! Being able to explore your inner world by creating more space ,both within the body and mind helps to bring forth your spirit and live a life full of joy and also gives you tools to implement when we're having difficulties in life. I work alongside my clients moulding their class around each person's goals .
