About Mar
I have been practicing Yoga since I was 20 years old, as well as I have studies in physical theater (jacque lecoq, Frace) and Modern and Contemporary Dance at the UAHC School of Dance in Santiago, Chile. In Yoga, I started my tour in the IYENGAR method with one of the most outstanding teacher in Chile. After several years in this technique, my curiosity and love for the movement inclined my yoga practice to a more dynamic technique such as ASHTANGA VIYASA YOGA. This path was a love at first sight for giving me solidity, silence and knowledge with myself. 2001-2004: Studies with Iyengar Yoga with Elisa Garrido Lecca, teachers certified in the Iyengar method. Stgo, Chile 2005: Hatha Yoga Instructor at the Chilean Academy of Yoga. Stgo, Chile 2006-2007: Ashtanga Yoga with Loreto Cortés, professor authorized by Sharath Jois. Stgo, Chile 2003-2009: Bachelor in Contemporary Dance, Universidad Academia Humanismo Cristiano. Stgo, Chile 2008: Ashtanga Yoga Intensive with Pablo Pirillo, professor authorized by Sharath Jois, Bs. As. Argentina. 2009: Ashtanga Yoga with Loreto Cortés, teacher authorized by Sharath Jois. Ashtanga Yoga classes for beginner and intermediate students with an approach that seeks both the harmony of breathing and bone alignment (correctly executed position and anatomically friendly) to retain the best benefits of a transformative practice. Classes can be individual to group (4 participants) and the idea is that each student works at their own pace respecting the capacity and comfort of each body. A work sustained over time provides a healthy, flexible and strong body at the same time; as well as deep breathing and a calm mind.

Details
The classes have a value of $ 1000 from 1 to 3 students. The incorporation of more members is equivalent to $ 200 more for each extra participant. The classes have a duration between 1 hour and 15 minutes or 1 hour and a half, depending on the ability of student to group.
