About Emily
I am Yoga instructor and wellness coach. I focus on the importance of relaxation, mobility and strength training to support my clients in this ever-changing world. I manage my own NGO supporting aid workers and carers through stressful times to build resilience and develop life long practises of mindfulness and stress reduction.

My teaching method is holistic as I believe that everybody is different. I focus my classes on gentle movement, self-awareness and meditation. I design my classes especially for my students after I have had an opportunity to understand who they are and what they want from the class. I believe that Yoga should be accessible to everybody no matter what race, religion, size or shape and that people should have a personalised and compassionate experience whilst learning and moving through the practise.

Emily is down to earth and very skilled at what she does. She has training in working with people from all over the world. She is fun and makes you feel very comfortable and happy in the class. I would really recommend her as a Yoga teacher for beginners to advanced students.
