About Paras
Hey there, this is Paras Tayal. I am a Yoga Instructor & Therapist from Bharat (India). I have done my academics in Yogic Science and currently having the experience of 4+ years. Since last year, a tag of celebrity trainer has also been added to my profile. I know and can teach different traditional forms of Yoga such as - Hatha, Vinyasa, Satyananda, Bikram, Shivananda, Ashtanga, Tibetan rights, Yin and some modern forms like Yoga for Core, Yoga with bricks, Yoga with stick, Chair Yoga, Belt Yoga etc. I have continuously worked upon my communication skills as well. I will be more than happy to join your squad.
