About Sara
I'm Sara, I started practicing Yoga 10 years ago, and in the last 5 years I've been training as a Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork instructor in different countries.
Yoga completely changed my life, and thus I have found a passion in being able to offer classes and sessions that bring us closer to our essence.
I am currently in Girona, where I teach both in studios, at home, or in the Shala we have at home.

Yoga sessions are through a holistic practice integrating not only physical postures, but also philosophy, meditation, pranayama (breath control) and the principles of Yoga.
The sequences are adapted to each need and style that is required. Always giving focus to feel each sensation through the body.
