About Sofia
I’m Sofi, an Integral and Vinyasa Yoga teacher, trained in 2018 with over 700 hours of study and practice. For the past 7 years, I have been guiding and supporting my students’ practice, accompanying them in every breath, movement, and posture. Each class is a space where you can release tension, reconnect with your body, and listen to your heart. My intention is to create a safe and present environment where every student can explore their energy, find inner calm, and experience deep well-being. With me, you won’t just learn yoga: I will guide you to rediscover your strength, serenity, and the light within you, breath by breath, movement by movement. Practicing together is an invitation to feel, grow, and connect with your true essence. 🪷
