Yoga is just not about physically fitness but also mental fitness.Therefore my classes include yoga aasans, prananyams, meditation and also certain activities to increase focus and concentration.
My teaching starts with prayer , whole body warm up , Surya namaskaras , assanas , pranayama & yoga nidra. This flow is for fittness session.
The class flow will change depending on attendees age groups and also health issues.
I have taught yoga to corporates, working individuals, elderly people and people with specific medical conditions.
