Celeste is the best private yoga instructor that I’ve had the pleasure to meet.
I am 62 years old, have various skiing injuries like bilateral ankle fractures, broken elbow and injured back. Yet she has been able to carefully guide me into doing most of the yoga poses with relative ease!
She has vast knowledge of anatomy and applies this in a professional and skillful way to benefit her students. Highly recommended.
