I am a qualified yoga instructor with additional specialization in Pilates. I add classes as per the needs of students and design each class to suit every individual student's requirement. The gradations of levels of training will be modified to suit each one's current caliber. I take pride in the increasing health and happiness of my students

Your overall well being is my sole purpose. The classes will be curated to ensure that you begin to feel good from day one. Results in terms of weight loss, mental well being and an overall feel good factor due to improving internal and external strengthening is something I assure you. The classes will be tempered to meet your peculiar needs, whatever be your start point. Special classes for particular ailments is also possible as we go along on our mutual journey to fitness and joy
