About Adele
I’m a yoga and pilates teacher with a background in physiology and a strong interest in health and fitness. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training at a traditional yoga school in India (where yoga originates from). This is where I first became interested in how mindful movement can support both physical and mental wellbeing.
After teacher training, I wanted a deeper understanding of how the body works and how to support people returning to movement after injury, which led me to study for an MSc in Physiotherapy. Alongside this, I trained in APPI physiotherapy-led Clinical Pilates to further develop a safe, structured approach to movement.
My lessons are calm, supportive, and tailored to each individual. I work with people who may be managing injury, pain, or simply want a more informed and personalised approach to yoga and Pilates. Sessions are always adapted to suit your body, experience, and goals.

My sessions focus on safe, evidence-based movement that supports strength, mobility, and confidence in your body. Thoughtfully tailored towards you, each session will take into account your injury history, movement goals, and how your body feels on the day.
With a background in physiology and current MSc Physiotherapy training, my teaching is grounded in anatomy and an understanding of how the body adapts and recovers. I use yoga and pilates as tools to help you move with greater ease, improve body awareness, and build strength over time.
Whether you’re returning to movement after injury, managing ongoing discomfort, or simply want a more informed and individual approach, lessons are calm, supportive, and adapted to your needs — not a one-size-fits-all class.
