About Morgane

Yoga proffessor for 2 years, I teach in Australia, Bali, Panama, Portugal and Spain. I have a training 200h Vinyasa in Bali but also a specialization in Chinese Medicine for yoga. I also have other non-graduation courses in Yin Yoga, Meditation, Anatomy and Ayurveda. I practice a mix of Vinyasa, Yin and Ashtanga for about 8 years.

About the lesson

Whichever style we will practice together, i will always have a thematic that will help you connecting your physical practice with meditation.
I can teach really dynamic styles like Vinyasa flow but if you feel down, low in energy i can propose you something more soft , for allowing yourself to relax.
Of course, every class will start with 10 min meditation and / or pranayama ( breathing techniques) and will finish with Savasana , a moment of relaxation. In between will be the physical practice more or less intense.
We can also have a look together to create a routine based on wht you want to develop with yoga. And if you are a beginner, dont worry, we will take time to go trought all the basics, showing you also different style to see which one is for you.
If you are more advanced we can start to focus on some specific asanas, series and/ or developing your flow, meditation , pranayama and also your creativity in creating your own sequences!
