About THE INNER POWER
I am a certified Yoga instructor from AYUSH and have a diploma in naturopathy and accupressure. Currently I am teaching Yog and have been doing so for the past 8 years. I will help you out of your health problem no matter how major it is. Students of all experience levels and age group are welcome.

I am very particular about detailed instructions about Yog and it's benefits never leaving out the precautions one must take while doing the Yog and pranayam. Simple, detailed, attentive and careful is my way of teaching. Yoga heals all.
