I did my Yoga Teacher Training (200h) in Rishikesh, India last May 2023. And am a Yoga student myself since 4 years, constantly learning about this beautiful path.
My classes are a mix of deep stretches, strong poses, relaxation and pranayama (breath work). Mostly slow flow, Hatha & Yin Yoga.
If it's your first time trying out yoga, I am honored to introduce you to this beautiful practice and share what I've learned. All levels are welcome.
The classes are 45 minutes. If you have anything specific you want to work on I am happy to tailor my sessions to your needs (for example a specific area of your body that feels tight, or an asana you want to learn).
Yoga is not about achieving perfection—it's about embracing the beauty of your own body and its journey. With a philosophy rooted in honoring your body's wisdom and limitations, we will work together harmoniously. Let's build a practice that enriches your life physically, mentally, and spiritually.
