About Sylwia
Hi, Sylwia here
I am a passionate and energetic yoga instructor with over 6 years of yoga
practice and an extensive 18-year background in various forms of dance,
including ballroom and street dance.
My journey into yoga was inspired by my love for movement, which has evolved into a deep appreciation for meditation and breathwork - elements I consider vital to a holistic yoga practice. Certified with over 300h YTT, I offer a range of styles from dynamic Vinyasa and Ashtanga to more gentle, grounding flows like Yin or Restorative.
My mantra is that yoga is
for everyone, all bodies, and it’s fun. My goal is for you to leave each class smiling, settled and in good spirits - ready to conquer the world

We can work on:

- refining alignment and deepening your practice
- or simply finding more ease and balance, on and off the mat
