About Angelika

I am certified yoga teacher by Yoga Alliance. I am 26 years old. I started my yoga journey 7 years ago.
From early childhood I have been practicing many sports such as running dancing and playing football what gives me the widen perspective on different types of bodies and different requirements. Thanks to all of these I know how to work with body to obtain the right result as fast as possible and how to overcome barriers and obstacles in a healthy way.
Yoga is my passion and lifestyle as soon as I discovered yoga I fell in love in this practice due to uncountable profits such as soothing muscle tensions, calmer mind and body, gaining flexibility and strength, pain reduction, correction of postural defect and many more.

Looking to strengthen and relax your mind, body, and soul from the comfort of your own home?

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi my yoga classes will be personalized adjusted and focused on obtaining proper goals.

Individual or two-person yoga classes will enable me to take care of each of you properly.

I offer flexible scheduling options to fit your busy lifestyle and a variety of styles ranging from Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin and more.

In my offer there are also classes in person for individuals or organized groups of athletes and companies which want to offer their workers additional profits and make much more relax working environment.

I hope that I will also add a dose of positive vibes and humor to your yoga training.
