About Charlotte
My name is Charlotte, I am 25 years old, and I’ve been teaching yoga since February 2022. I completed a 220-hour training in Peru in 2022, which allows me to teach Vinyasa and Yin yoga. The well-being of my students and the safe practice of yoga are my top priorities. I specialize in creating personalized classes tailored to the needs and requests of my students to help them achieve their personal goals. Gentleness, kindness, and self-transcendence are at the heart of both my practice and teaching.

With a passion for both physical and mental well-being, I’ve cultivated a teaching style that blends mindfulness, breathwork, and movement to create a balanced practice. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, I’ll provide personalized guidance to help you feel more grounded, strong, and at peace. I did my 220-hour yoga teacher training in 2022 in Peru and can teach vinyasa and yin yoga, in English or in French. - 30-minute or 1-hour classes - Vinyasa yoga, Yogilates (a mix of yoga and pilates), or Yin yoga based on your preference - Classes tailored to your needs and level (beginner to advanced) - A short questionnaire will be provided upon your first class registration to assess your level and specific needs.
