About Marion
I am a Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga teacher with a Yoga Alliance Certified Diploma. These two types of yoga are known to be rather dynamic practices but I make sure to adapt them to anyone so that everyone can discover and progress.
My priority is to accompany you in the awareness of your body in the movements, the muscular engagements, the development of space, mobility and strength. I make sure to teach in a safe way to avoid any injury and protect your joints.
I also put the emphasis on mental relaxation with a few minutes dedicated to meditation and breathing exercises in each of my classes.
I offer face-to-face (Paris and near suburbs) or online classes, from 40 to 90 minutes . The lessons can be individual or collective.

I offer private Yoga lessons accessible to all. I create my classes according to the profiles and needs of my students, whether you have never done yoga before or have an intermediate or even advanced level!
My goal is to offer adapted sessions to your needs, for example with dynamic vinyasa yoga classes for people wishing a rather intense practice or softer classes for a slower practice, stretching and deep relaxation of the body.
I will contact you before the first class to get to know each other and define together what you are looking for :)
