Each class blends gentle movement, breath, and sound to support calm, balance, and a deeper connection to your body. Sessions take place in the comfort of your own home or online, allowing you to slow down, release tension, and move in a way that feels intuitive rather than forced.
We work together to determine how the combination of yoga, sound, yoga nidra and somatic coaching will work for you!
