About Milena
I am from Rio de Janeiro, where I first started implementing yoga to my life while I was still a teenager. With a deep curiosity about the mind and body, I went on this journey of learning through yoga. Later on I took my teacher trainings and mentoring to share this passion with others. I have been teaching now for five years all sorts of human beings and also for big companies. I truly believe my past experiences and continuous learning can benefit those who want to implement yoga in their lives. This classes are dedicated to those who are looking forward to have a deeper connection and understanding of the body and mind. The customer can choose between two different methods:
. Hatha Yoga - fundamentals of the physical practice.
. Vinyasa Yoga - Flow linking the breath to the body/mind movements.
No previous experience is required. All levels inclusive.
