Yoga practices from beginners to advance level. Personally I have started yoga after graduation and with insulin intake in my body after having sugar fluctuations in my blood.
I have started after major medical issues in my life during covid times , in which I have enabled for classes and made myself strong and set an exampleof how to overcome with all the negative energy in physicaland as well as mentally.
