About Charlotte
I initially got into Yoga ten years ago when I was a student and intensified my training with every year. Practising Yoga helped me through my studies and through challenging periods of my life, which is why, 5 years ago, I decided to become a teacher. I did teacher trainings in India, Bali and France and met extraordinary mentors on my way. Now I want to share my knowledge and help people to find their inner peace, to unlock their potential and to stay calm in a busy environment.

Yoga is so much more than only physical exercise on a mat. In my lessons, I will follow a very holistic approach to the old yoga teachings. The lessons consist of a mixture of breathing, meditation and physical exercises as well as yoga theory and coaching in general life questions.
I was lucky enough to do teacher trainings in France, India and Bali and to participate in yoga programs all over the world. Therefore I follow a very wholesome approach, which to me is the essence of yoga.
Everyone is welcome - students who have never set a foot on the mat before and experienced students.
