About Maria
I am Maria, a girl who fall in love with the movement and the health of the body and mind.
I was start doing yoga at my 16 but with a great experience in body awareness after a few years doing gymnastics.
Now, I love to focus an understand the body movement how a way to health not only the physical path, but the mental as well.
I decided to travel to India for a Teacher Training and gain the knowledge from the house of Yoga, Rishikesh. After that, I was teaching and practicing around the world (Spain, Thailand) In 2021I decided to graduated in StretchingCoach in Russia to be more consciousness about the anatomy, physiology and fitness science. I belief in the knowledge and still studying everyday to be more consciousness of what is going on whit us and in us.

I love focus my practice in foundations and alignment. Begins with a good warm up, build a strength, challenge yourself with balance and inversion and cooling down gaining flexibility, and all this magic combination will guide you to calm your mind and reduce stress. Using techniques as pranayama, meditation.
Lessons can be from 30 till 90 minutes, and are for everybody as I always offer different kind of variations.

I tried yoga for first time with Maria and her patience and comprehension of yoga was just amazing for me, she made me enjoy every asana and the time went so quickly. The breath practice and final meditation was really enjoyable.
