Bachelor in Social Communication; Yoga Instructor graduated by the Nilaya Yoga and Spirituality School (Novo Hamburgo - RS); Reikian with a specialization in Quantum healing; and a miner of the truths that transcend cultural barriers, My work is to spread yoga as a form of practical spirituality in our everyday lives, bringing calm, joy, inner growth and well being, adapting this millennial philosophy to our needs and agitated routines.

"It is not the people who should adapt to Yoga, but rather, Yoga that must adapt to the needs of people" Krishnamacharya. Practices have a logical order: from dense to subtle. Starting from the body postures, we go on to the breathing exercises (pranayama) and then the meditation. Through this simple method, we work all areas of our physiology to bring us well being, health, vigor and concentration!
