Hey you, happy to see we crossed paths! Before taking a lesson with me, I like to have my clients complete a form to see what areas they would like to focus on. That could range between heart openers, hip openers, whatever your heart desires (I'll try ha). Based on your responses, I will create a flow specifically for you ˙⋆✮⋆˚࿔ Our journey together will be based on your individual goals. Please know my teaching style is best for beginner/intermediate yogis, and yogis looking to deepen their practice with consistency.

Such good energy, very calming and walks you through the process/steps. Has a lot of patience for first timers, gives feedback or encouragement for improvement. I really recommend Zulema for this reason and I have a lot of trust in her especially as a postpartum mom. Taking a class with her and learning how to breathe helped me so much during my labor! Practice makes perfect and her class does just that!
