About Abhishek
I am a certified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Master. I give different types of yoga exercises according to the individual needs of the student or patient and their physical mental abilities. l love this profession by heart and did lot of quality research. I have completed my masters in yogic sciences.
Complete Master's of yogic sciences with 2 year degree in central government University H.N.B.G.U (Uttarakhand India. The advantage is I am professional panchkarma therapist like- abhyanga,swedan,nasya lot's of ayurvedic therapy and many types of massage!

-My yoga class starts with prayer , whole body warm up , Surya namaskar(sun salutation ), asanas , pranayama & yoga nidra. This flow is for fitness session.
The class flow will change depending on attendees age groups and also health issues.
