About Soumya

Hi!
I'm Soumya, a Masters graduate in yoga therapy from NIMHANS. I have been providing yoga therapy for health issues and general well being for 4 years now. I have specialized in the field of yoga for mental health and neurological disorders. I provide yoga based counseling and treatment plans based your needs.
When I'm not teaching yoga, you can find me buried in a book.
I believe the ancient and sacred gift of yoga should be shared with all so we can all find inner peace and physical well being.

About the lesson

My method of teaching is very individualistic and student based. The aim of my class is to make learning fun and simple. Maximum strength of group classes is 25. Personal classes are also provided. I have incredible patience and I'm always open to learning new things.
I provide classes for all age groups and for people from all walks of life.

I was diagnosed with Thyroid problem and was given medication for the life time to keep it under control which I hate. After getting advice from her, I started yoga practices religiously for 3 months and subsequently reduced the medicine to zero. I got myself checked at the lab and thyroid disappeared!
