About Roli
I have been breathing Yoga for more than 2 years.
I have been teaching Yoga for 1 year, starting with regular Yoga flow to specifically Yoga therapy, thereby improving health conditions, with Yogic techniques. To be specific, stress, diabetes, a healthy heart, auto immune disorders, all lifestyle problems etc. all are addressed in my classes.

I am trained and certified Yoga teacher from SVyasa Bangalore and a certified Yoga therapist from Yoga Alliance International India. I give classes to beginners and intermediate students in Yoga and to people facing specific health problems solving them by Yogic techniques.
I include much more than Asanas in my class depending on the age, level and most importantly requirement of my students. Of course in a general class, an optimum mix is prepared to suit everybody.
I am absolutely flexible, peaceful and love discipline during classes so the students can get the maximum out of it.
