About Aishwarya

Yoga as a way of life is a primary principle in my teaching and practice. My offering is varied in its roots- Yoga, Somatics, Embodiment, Physical Therapy inspired- this has given me the ability to create sessions that are well-rounded in their approach. As a professional in this field of Yoga, Movement and Breathing, I have studied multiple forms of therapies that add to my knowledge about anatomy and physiology.
In a general class setting, I like to have a monthly progress discussion that is a shared space to communicate the intricacies of the practice, what works and what doesn't. This allows me insights into the way that my teaching can improve.

Clients who have worked with me have had a reduction in their pain symptoms, a better understanding of their anatomy, a consistent practice that improves their daily mobility and quality of life, incredible transformations in their ability to feel into their bodies and more.

In my spare time you will find me deep in the study of anatomy, or text that gives me the ability to teach through varied lenses.

I hope to continue to explore diverse populations to work with in the future.

About the lesson

- Each class is designed with a specific theme, depending on the requirement of the practitioner.
- Themes range from pain specific, to a certain part of the body, and even goal specific.
- Emphasis is given to the students' principal goal.
- Depending on the theme and the intensity of the class, we will use the developmental stages of movement as a guide for the session.
- I am skilled at guiding all levels of practitioners.
- I am specifically skilled to asses postural misalignments and design sequences to address them. This is important in pain alleviate, being rid of the fear of movement and getting a better understanding of one's body.
- My education in Somatics, Anatomy, Hatha yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga and Embodiment are integral in enabling all practitioners explore a sustainable life-long practice for themselves.

I offer 1:1 Posture Therapy, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Classes, Trauma Informed Yoga:

Online classes are charged at 750/- per hour

At home services are charged at 1600/- per hour.
