About Khushali
I have done my RYT 200hrs in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and I followed my calling for therapy and got my degree in MSc (Yoga Therapy) which reflects in my practice and teaching too. I have also done content writing for yoga app as well.

I teach all levels including prenatal, postnatal, therapy for PCOS, chronic pain, diabetes, thyroid and my classes are primarily based on nature of the student, going to depths of what my students need and how to achieve their goals. The body and mind may not be ready and that's where I come in. Class is a mix of conditioning, strengthening, asana practice, techniques, breathing practices, theory and inculcating philosophy of yoga into our lives, while fulfilling my aim to introduce awareness and understanding of self at the fabric of it all.
