About Nita
I am a Yoga Therapist and Psychological Counselor as well as an English Teacher. I have received more than 7 awards in yoga and counseling. I conducted yoga and counseling seminars in villages, hospitals, schools, and colleges. Now I am taking online patients and clients. My wish is for everyone to have a good and healthy life.

I like to do yoga every day. The yoga class makes me feel very fresh and peaceful. My yoga teacher, Nita Kamat Madam, teaches every asana in a very simple way. Pranayama completely reduces my mental stress. Doing yoga in the morning keeps me energetic throughout the day. Yoga has improved my ability to concentrate. Everyone must join a yoga class for a healthy and happy life.
Great English teacher for youngsters and seniors. I would recommend you all to enroll in her classes and enjoy learning English and speak!
