About Anjola

I am a student of psychology at the University of ibadan and a certified 200hour yoga teacher registered under yoga alliance and we'll taught and experienced in the method and approach of vinyasa yoga and my students has seen great change and improvement in their overall health and flexibility.

About the lesson

My teaching method is vinyasa yoga approach for the benefit of my students and give the right support to them and make it easy and understandable for beginners and take my students through poses(asanas) breathing exercises (pranayamas) and meditation to enhance thier overall health and flexibility
