About Shahana

I am an ayurvedic doctor.On my clinical experience,I came to see many people who are suffering from both mental and physical ailments.I believe that there is a strong relation between both mind and body.So it is important to maintain your mental well being at the first place.So I find yoga as a powerful tool and I would like to share my knowledge to my students.I can also help them if they need proper assistance in both psychological and somatic issues.

About the lesson

I would like to conduct the class in a very student friendly manner.The students can express their thoughts and share what they expect from the class.The time schedule can be arranged based on your convenience.U can utilise this hour to relax and calm your mind.
