About Baylee
I have self studied yoga for a few years and was trained in India to obtain my 500 hour course. I have worked in the teaching industry for years with little children, swimming and stretching, and would love to continue this to teach people the power that a physical practice like yoga can have.

My teaching method is completely individual. Every body is different and therefore, in need of a different practice. I like to take a modern but grounded approach to body movement and allow students to listen and react to their body accordingly.
