About Alexandria

Hello I'm a 200 hr yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance. I'm offering private yoga classes (Hatha and Vinyasa) that are catered to your individual needs. I have been a yoga instructor since June 2020 but I started back in August 2019. I also am certificated in Reiki Energy Healing.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is catered to each student. My goal is to help you reach your goal. With my classes being catered to you we can base each session on the goals you are wanting. I also look forward to building a connection with my clients to where they know I hold space for them.
