About Erin

Hello, I'm Erin!

The most important thing you probably need to know about me is that I became a teacher because I wanted to help people learn.

Why? Because I know that we all feel better about ourselves when we tap into the ways that best help us learn. My role as a Tutor lets me help my students in highly customized ways, allowing for heightened results that can be achieved quickly, often as soon as after 2 or 3 lessons. So if you are getting ready to apply for post-secondary and want to have the best success possible, reach out, let's get you where you're headed :-)

About the lesson

With a background teaching public school in both Early Years (Grades 1-4) and High School English (Gr 9-12), as well as being a High School Career Counsellor, I am able to create and facilitate specialized educational plans, tutoring sessions, and am also able to offer Career Counselling sessions for high school students or adults.

If your needs are for a tutor for your child in Grades 1-4, I can provide highly skilled sessions for any subjects, including Reading, Writing, Spelling, and Math.

If you are seeking help with high school English, I am able to provide sessions that enhance skill development in essay writing, creative writing, poetry, as well as in all general areas of English and communications.

If your tutoring needs are in the area of Career Development, let's talk. You can let me know what your needs are, and we'll set up a specialized Plan of Action to address your individual needs.

Many families appreciate that their children of multiple ages can access their tutoring needs across many grade levels with one tutor that their whole family can get to know.
