About Janina

..an internationally teaching yoga instructor and founder of Trust YOuGA which means simply put: trust you, trust yoga, trust your journey; and that's what she believes. Janina is known for empowering her students through her accessibility, humor, and creative instructions. She did her yoga teacher training and further courses in Europe as well as the US. Today, she plants the seeds of mindfulness and yoga at schools and private classes for every individual. Growing up, Janina has never ever thought that she would become a yoga teacher one day nor that she would feel strong and good in her body. She didn't really like sport a lot, not even to mention sitting in stillness and people who are talking about "connecting with your inner self". But through self-experience with anxiety, back pain and stress, Janina needed to find a way out of it-and she did. After difficult years suffering under personal issues, Janina started to develop a regular yoga practice and quickly found strength&calmness through breathing exercises, meditation practice & different styles of yoga. But moreover she learned to feel self-confident, dissolving negative thinking patterns and getting better sleep. Janina is dedicated to share the benefits and daily techniques of yoga and meditation on her yoga classes, retreats as well as yoga and mindfulness workshops. Janina is well known for her humor, professionalism and passion, reflected in her many reviews and recommendations. Everyone needs stability, health and balance in their body, mind&soul. From this place of love and passion for well-being, trust YOuGA was created. The perfect union of strength & flexibility, mindfulness & health, compassion & love.

About the lesson

No matter if you're suffering from anxiety, self-lack, injuries or want to gain more flexibility & strength, we'll get you to your goal. The personal attention you receive during a yoga session with Janina can make a true difference in your body. In our yoga session, you work individually with Janina as your teacher to address your specific needs. She will meet with you, ask about your goals and formulate a plan to get you there. And because it's 1-on-1 you decide how fast or slow you go to meet your goal. Teaching responsively, Janina constantly sees what's happening in your body and will make adjustments as the session unfolds. Repetition is a key component of learning. I'm all about long-term lifestyle changes, about shifting your outlook and learning to love and connect with your body.
