About Vanda
I am a trained classroom teacher who has a passion for teaching and helping students do better in their work. I have taught secondary school students, and more recently adult learners. I have a postgraduate diploma in education and am CELTA certified.
My lessons are structured around objectives that we will set and your end goals. I believe in planning lessons ahead, and scheduling learning plans. Typically, we will work on a 8-10 week programme.

I believe in getting the foundations right in the area that I teach in. I am able to differentiate my lessons to the different abilities of the students.
Having been a teacher for 20 years, guided discovery, scaffolding and feedback are essential parts of my lesson.
My typical lesson can range from 1 hour to 2 hours depending on availability.
