My teaching approach is fairly relaxed but with high expectations for each student. Sense of humor is critical. Editing is my forte. Editing/revision are essential to good writing - regardless the subject. I have tutored math through gr. 8/ algebra- geometry, history, English, college essay editing and French. For over 30 yrs. I have taught jr. high/high school as well as college writing & lit. and can usually make literature come to life! I am a good motivator, and hope my enthusiasm is contagious, and my patience is a strong suit.
