About Rose
My coaching journey began through my own personal growth and transformation, which sparked a passion for helping others create positive change in their lives.
Over time, friends, family, and colleagues naturally turned to me for support and guidance. Seeing the impact of these conversations inspired me to pursue coaching professionally and develop my skills through formal training and certification.
Today, I am a Certified NLP Practitioner, Certified Time Line Therapy Practitioner, and an ACSTH-trained coach. I am passionate about empowering individuals to gain clarity, build confidence, overcome barriers, and move forward with purpose.
