About Cinta

I am a Humanities student with a vocation for teaching. I offer to teach Catalan, Spanish and English, as well as history, philosophy, art and literature up to the second level of the baccalaureate. I can also teach German and French beginner level (A1 and A2). I have experience in school reinforcement and literacy classes. I enjoy teaching and my maximum satisfaction is to observe results in the students. Each student is a world and has its own needs, so I adapt to it and try to get them to take advantage of their faculties.

About the lesson

First of all, I listen to the student's needs to adapt the classes to it. I try to discover what are the strengths of the student, so that they can take advantage of those areas in which it stands out to learn better. The method depends on the subject and the student but I always try to raise interest in the student. For example, if I know that the student is a football fan and must practice his written expression in English, I would ask him to describe a normal training day or the best memory he has of that sport. I think it is also necessary to make the student see the usefulness of what he studies, since if the subject does not provoke interest and is perceived as something abstract without a useful application, it is very difficult to get the student to improve.
