My professional communication skills come from 10+ years of experience in customer service and client relations in corporate level. I have worked in Finance industry for 3+ years and provided training to many new hires, which includes responding to high net-worth clients, providing accurate information over the phone while maintaining professionalism, and setting the right tone while communicating. Currently, I am pursuing a new endeavor in Software Engineering.

I like to use lots of real life examples and metaphors to teach. It is very important that the individual that is being taught actually learns and understands the concepts rather than memorizing them. English is a second language for me, which is why I have taken ESL in high school, and I have been able to bring my English speaking skills to the professional level. Therefore, I can understand and relate to the struggles of learning, which makes me the more suitable for this role as a English tutor.
