About Rubens

The methodology I use is always based on what is best for the student development. Before we start our classes, we surely talk about their goals and define how we are going to achieve it during our classes. Besides, I'm always trying to understand what my students like the most, so we can use it in our classes. I'm interested on what is their favorite tv show, songs and games, for example. In that way, we can make learning a new language fun and interesting.

About the lesson

I have been doing a degree in languages at Universidade Federal de Alagoas (Ufal). I already have another degree acquired through an extension project called Casa de Cultura Britânica (CCB), also provided for UFAL, and it happened between 2019 and 2020. 4 years ago I used to do a biology degree at Instituto Federal de Alagoas (IFAL) giving me the opportunity to be an intern at Parque Municipal de Maceió allowing me to teach biology for 2 years. And since the beginning of 2021 I started a new intership, now as an english student, in a bilingual canadian school: Maple Bear.
