About Sunday
I am an A+ English teacher driven by a deep passion for language, learning, and human expression. I chose to teach English because it is more than a subject, it is the foundation of communication, critical thinking, creativity, and confidence. When students master English, they gain a voice that allows them to express ideas clearly, think independently, and engage meaningfully with the world.
My teaching approach focuses on making English accessible, engaging, and practical. I help students understand grammar, literature, and writing by connecting lessons to real-life experiences, current issues, and students’ own stories. Rather than rote learning, I emphasize comprehension, interpretation, and effective expression, skills that lead to excellence in exams and beyond.
I chose teaching because I believe education transforms lives. Watching a student grow from struggling with words to confidently articulating thought (both spoken and written) is deeply fulfilling. Each lesson is an opportunity to inspire curiosity, discipline, and self-belief. As an English teacher, my goal is to nurture students who are not only academically strong but also thoughtful, articulate, and confident communicators.

I believe effective online tutoring should be clear, interactive, and confidence-building, not confusing or rushed. My approach is centred on helping students truly understand concepts, not just memorise formulas.
With over 10 years of experience teaching Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and General Science from primary to senior secondary levels, I tailor each lesson to the student’s ability, learning style, and academic goals. I break down complex topics into simple, step-by-step explanations, using real-life examples and exam-focused strategies.
During sessions, students are encouraged to ask questions freely, solve problems live, and explain ideas in their own words. This builds confidence, accuracy, and independent thinking. I also provide targeted practice, regular feedback, and exam-oriented tips, especially for IGCSE and other international exams.
My goal is not just to help students pass, but to help them think better, perform better, and enjoy learning, even online.
