About Maisie

I enjoy playing a range of music , especially composers like Bach and Bloch.As both a Violinist and Violist, I enjoy the range of repertoire and sounds created by both instruments.

I have been studying the Violin since I was 4 , and am in love with the gifts that music has given me in my life.

About the lesson

I am a graduate of the Universotyf Manchester where I obtained a first class honours. I am a student studying Violin and Viola from a Professor of Violin and Viola at the Royal Northern College of Music and the Royal College of London.I am a joint course PGCE student at MMU and RNCM. I play in many orchestras such as the Symphony orchestra , as sub-principle Viola , and String Orchestra as First desk Principle Violinist . I have experience playing in a Baroque orchestra as well.I teach Violin/Viola from beginner level till Advanced level from Grade 1 to 8.I have completed my grade 1 to 8 Violin Exams and passed with distinctions.

I am based in Newton Heath .A typical lesson will be an hour.We will plan our lessons and do what best fits you and we will work on what you would like to work on.This lessons are welcome for anyone of any age and of any level. I also enjoy teaching music theory .
