My Teaching Method ...

1. Student-Centered Approach
I focus on active student participation by encouraging questions, discussions, and collaborative learning. My goal is to create a safe space where every student feels heard and valued.

2. Interactive and Engaging Lessons
I use real-life examples, visual aids, technology, games, and hands-on activities to make lessons interesting and relatable. This helps in keeping students attentive and makes learning enjoyable.

3. Differentiated Instruction
Every student learns differently. I adapt my teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs—using visual, auditory, and kinesthetic techniques—to ensure no one is left behind.

4. Clear Objectives and Expectations
Each lesson begins with clear goals. I guide students step-by-step, helping them understand what they’re learning, why it matters, and how they can succeed.

5. Continuous Assessment and Feedback
I regularly assess understanding through quizzes, group work, and class discussions. I give constructive feedback to help students grow and improve continuously.

6. Positive Classroom Environment
Respect, kindness, and encouragement are cornerstones of my classroom culture. I foster confidence, motivation, and a growth mindset in every student.
