About Vivekanandan
Having an experience of 4 Decades in Banking - served in various capacities such as Desk Officer in branch and administrative office, Head of Banking Outlet, Faculty in bank staff training centre, etc..in a leading Public Sector Bank, in India and having academic qualifications such as B,Com; LL.B; CAIIB; MA; CAIIB; Dip in computer Applications and also 2 diplomas and 7 certificate courses of IIBF, Mumbai related to Banking and Finance subjects .
Recently worked as Principal cum Faculty at Staff Training Centre, of a nationalized bank, Chennai- in the Executive cadre as Chief Manager in the Bank.

My Teaching method starts with - Introduction to the topic with explanation to the basic things, terminology relevant to the subject- keeping in mind about the level of the learners in the group.
I am specific to clarify and ensure that the student who is raw to the subject gets the things clarified over the basics of the subject before advancing further into the topic. Further proceedings of the teaching will be step-by step so that all levels of participants can follow the topic. Encourage the participants to actively interact by the way of posing some small questions on the subject covered to them to respond . By that way I will assess the level reaching/understanding of the students over the topic covered.
Entry level test and Exit level test over the topics will also be planned to asses the real outcome of the teaching over the topic.
Preparing the students to the core of the target aiming them to face confidently their High school/Higher secondary/Degree level examinations/competitive examinations on the relevant subject and crack the examinations without any difficulty.
