I first want to understand the unique needs of each student.
For English as a Second Language (ESL), I emphasize conversational practice, real-world applications, and cultural nuances. I use tools such as multimedia resources, role-playing scenarios, and personalized exercises to reinforce learning. I also integrate constructive feedback and encourage questions to foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
While I have a typical lesson plan, I tailor it to each person's GOALS.
